Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) for a 12-month contract in Ontario. The role supports IV therapies, patient education, and care coordination across home and clinic settings. Travel within the assigned IBU is required to meet scheduling and clinical needs.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree and active provincial license, with IV therapy experience and strong communication skills to collaborate with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field and active nursing license.
• Experience with IV therapy is preferred; ability to travel within a defined area.
• CPR certification and ongoing professional education required.

Responsibilities

• Administer IM, SC, and IV medications in home or clinic settings.
• Monitor IV infusion treatments and document outcomes per protocols.
• Educate patients individually or in groups on care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and case managers to schedule treatments.
• Travel within designated region to meet clinical needs.
