Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst to support IT efficiency and quality assurance across business solutions, networks and databases. You will coordinate planning, analyze data for testing and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.

You will work with stakeholders and partners to drive quality standards in medium- to large-scale initiatives, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience is required.
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of a quality assurance strategy for targeted teams.
• Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to support testing phases, implementation strategies, quality assurance testing, decision-making and processes that monitor the application of management policies and practices.
• Analyze risks. Write reports, propose solutions and make recommendations. Provide advice on how to implement recommendations.
• Prepare and recommend action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
• Actively help develop, implement and update management policies, practices and standards.
