Job summary

Desjardins on-site IT support role focusing on MIC platform administration, network tasks and end-user assistance in a financial services co-operative environment.

The incumbent will manage computer equipment, security standards, licenses and upgrades, while providing user training and problem resolution to ensure smooth operations. Fluency in French is required and a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Knowledge of information security policies and ethics.
• Knowledge of caisse operations, business centre and Federation requirements.
• French language proficiency required.
• Ability to manage computer equipment and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer MIC platform, server operations, backups and access groups.
• Perform basic network tasks and user configuration.
• Manage desktops, printers, phones and related equipment; report issues.
• Provide user IT support and training on systems.
• Assist in deploying and upgrading desktop systems and security standards.
• Maintain licenses for applications and track costs.
