Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada is seeking a senior leader to head infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT project teams. You will plan priorities, allocate work, recruit and coach staff, and build a culture of innovation while ensuring architectural consistency across client environments and internal systems.

You will drive risk management, modernization roadmaps and automation opportunities, mentoring professionals to continuously improve delivery and collaboration with multiple client teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of cloud, hybrid and on-premises infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of technology architecture, cybersecurity and risk management.
• Experience in governance, standardization and management of technology projects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, virtualized infrastructures and security solutions.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment is an asset.
• Fluency in French (written, spoken and comprehension) is required.
• English is an asset, as some clients are English-only.
