The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience, expertise in design-build proposal processes, and be bilingual in French and English. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in design-build proposal processes.
• PMP certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Proposal Plan defining the structure of the proposal.
• Lead and coordinate internal proposal team members.
• Ensure implementation of document management systems.
• Identify cost-impacting factors to optimize NPV.
• Prepare a proposal schedule and follow up based on milestones.
