The coordinator of infrastructure operations is responsible for coordinating operations related to enterprise systems to meet the organization's requirements and ensure the integrity, security, availability, and recovery of the environments.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

1. Work closely with hosting service providers to plan the evolution of infrastructure according to operational growth and industry best practices.
2. Collaborate with architecture and project teams to plan infrastructure evolution based on project additions, ensuring system stability.
3. Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans with hosting providers, in accordance with contracts.
4. Participate in meetings on performance, improvements, quality, and processes, ensuring SLAs are respected and well-understood.
5. Coordinate with incident, problem, and change management teams to ensure hosting providers follow internal processes.
6. Ensure vulnerability fix deployment practices comply with BRP Cybersecurity rules.
7. Monitor alerts via BRP tools and manage them proactively.
8. Work with hosting partners to generate performance reports.
9. Collaborate on cost reconciliation and billing for hosting contracts.
10. Stay updated on technological advancements to optimize hosting solutions.
11. Participate in audits (SOX, license) and report findings.
12. Support the Infrastructure team in improving operational processes and implementing new ones.

Skills and Qualities

• Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years managing IT service provider partnerships.
• 3 years in system infrastructure administration.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Experience with ITIL concepts, process-oriented, resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
