Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities: perform financial analysis, identify risks and make investment recommendations.
• Build and review complex cash flow valuation models, with scenarios and sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct due diligence and manage third-party vendors (legal, accounting, technical, environmental); assist with deal execution.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of existing investments; assist in valuation and potential exit analysis.
• Collaborate with the team to manage project deliverables.
• Present investment materials and memorandums to internal and external groups.
