Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure invites you to join our Infrastructure Investment team as an Analyst, supporting the acquisition pipeline through financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution.

You will build cash flow models, assess risks and mitigants, and contribute to debt financing strategies, working in a hybrid environment with four days in the office and one remote day per week. The role offers growth toward broader responsibilities within an entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities and provide investment recommendations.
• Build and review complex cash flow valuation models and perform scenario analysis.
• Conduct due diligence and manage third-party vendors for deal execution.
• Monitor performance of existing investments and assess exit options.
• Collaborate with the team to manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Present investment materials and recommendations to internal and external groups.
