Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is seeking Infrastructure Engineers for a hybrid role in Waterloo, Ontario, with options to sit in Toronto or Waterloo offices. This active opening offers strong cloud migration work across AWS/Azure/GCP and hands-on Terraform-based infrastructure modernization.

Ideal candidates will have Windows/Linux admin experience, solid networking know-how, and proven ability to troubleshoot and document complex migrations in a fast-paced Insurance sector environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong Windows and Linux infrastructure administration skills.
• Terraform and infrastructure automation experience.
• Networking knowledge including DNS, routing, firewalls, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute server, application, storage, and infrastructure migrations.
• Build and deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Support cloud networking, security, DNS, routing, and connectivity changes.
• Develop and maintain standard Windows and Linux server images.
• Perform migration testing, validation, cutover, and operational handoff.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve technical dependencies.
