Aritzia is seeking a Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst for Omni Technology to transform business requirements into scalable technology solutions. You will liaison between Technology and Omni business, focusing on payment systems, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of omnichannel tech.

Qualifications

• Prior Systems Analyst/Architect/Developer experience with SAP ECC.
• Experience extending SAP SD with custom fields, customer exits, ABAP Add-Ins.
• Deep SAP SD knowledge: sales orders, pricing, ATP, deliveries, billing, returns, and Finance/Logistics integration.
• Strong understanding of retail/omnichannel processes incl. ecommerce fulfillment and cross-channel journeys.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Adyen, Forter and high-volume ecommerce integrations.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Omni Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving omnichannel technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Omni business, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of Aritzia’s payment systems. THE ROLE

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Omni technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications: Prior Systems Analyst, Architect or Developer experience with SAP ECC
• Proven ability to extend SAP SD capabilities using custom fields, custom logic, customer exits, Add-Ins and/or ABAP
• Deep hands‑on experience with SAP SD, including sales order management, pricing, ATP, deliveries, billing, cancellations, returns, refunds and integration with Finance and Logistics.
• Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel processes including ecommerce fulfillment, store transactions, cancellations, returns, exchanges, partial shipments, refunds and cross‑channel customer journeys.
• Oracle POS/Xstore experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of payment and fraud‑processing integrations, including authorization, capture, settlement, voids, refunds, payment references, tokenization and reconciliation.
• Experience with platforms such as Adyen and Forter is highly desirable.
• Proven experience supporting high‑volume ecommerce integrations into SAP SD, including order creation, updates, cancellations, fulfillment status, returns and exception handling across distributed systems.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, HTTP protocols, authentication, API contracts, error handling, retries, idempotency and synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns.
• Agile/Sprint experience.
• Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem.
• Experience working with internal and external development teams.
• Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree is an asset.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
