Job summary

Aritzia in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Analyst/Analyst, Business Transformation & Operations to act as an internal consultant within a designated area, shaping target operating models, designing processes, and building frameworks to drive scalability.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define structures, optimize workflows, and implement decision-making models that enable the business to grow efficiently while delivering Everyday Luxury.

Qualifications

• Proven skills, education, and/or experience in: Business administration or related degree, MBA considered an asset.
• Experience leading business operations, process improvement, and/or organizational design initiatives.
• Experience in consulting is considered an asset.

The mission of the Business Transformation & Operations Department is to strategically develop and scale each business area with world-class infrastructure, enhancing existing functions and introducing new capabilities through a methodical yet entrepreneurial approach.

As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Business Transformation & Operations, you will be an internal consultant, embedded directly within an area of our business, enhancing existing functions and introducing new capabilities by defining target operating models, designing & building business processes, and developing the frameworks & tools that drive scalability.

With a methodical & entrepreneurial approach, you will play a key role in delivering transformational solutions that enable the business to operate effectively at scale.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
