Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst for Omni Technology to translate business needs into scalable, user-centric technology solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document requirements, and test deployments of omnichannel payment systems.

Responsibilities include designing solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems, and supporting high-volume ecommerce integrations, with strong REST API and ABAP exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.
• Prior Systems Analyst, Architect or Developer experience with SAP ECC.
• Deep hands-on experience with SAP SD, including sales order management, pricing, ATP, deliveries, billing, cancellations, returns, refunds and integration with Finance and Logistics.
• Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel processes including ecommerce fulfillment, store transactions, cancellations, returns, exchanges, partial shipments, refunds and cross-channel customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of payment and fraud-processing integrations, including authorization, capture, settlement, voids, refunds, payment references, tokenization and reconciliation. Experience with platforms such as Adyen and Forter is highly desirable.
• Proven experience supporting high-volume ecommerce integrations into SAP SD, including order creation, updates, cancellations, fulfillment status, returns and exception handling across distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, HTTP protocols, authentication, API contracts, error handling, retries, idempotency and synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns
• Agile/Sprint experience
• Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem
• Experience working with internal and external development teams
• Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners
• Computer Science or Engineering degree is an asset

THE ROLE

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will:

Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology has:

Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications:

Prior Systems Analyst, Architect or Developer experience with SAP ECC

Proven ability to extend SAP SD capabilities using custom fields, custom logic, customer exits, Add-Ins and/or ABAP

Deep hands-on experience with SAP SD, including sales order management, pricing, ATP, deliveries, billing, cancellations, returns, refunds and integration with Finance and Logistics.

Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel processes including ecommerce fulfillment, store transactions, cancellations, returns, exchanges, partial shipments, refunds and cross-channel customer journeys. Oracle POS/Xstore experience is highly desirable.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
