Job description

PrecisionERP / IT Inc. is hiring an upcoming IT Contracts Specialist / Administrator for a REMOTE contract till end of fiscal March 31, 2026. MUST be residing here in Canada in order to apply.

MUST HAVES :

• 10 years of IT industry experience
• 10 years of experience working in Contract Management
• 5 years preparing RFP / RFX documentation

DUTIES :

• Provide guidance during the development of procurement artefacts for technology goods & services
• Conduct quality review of procurement artefacts for technology goods & services
• Working closely with IT stakeholders, assist in the development of procurement artefacts for technology goods & services
• Provide contact negotiation consultation to IT contract managers
• Conduct review and assessment of existing IT contracts (goods & services) and provide recommendations as appropriate.
• Review & evaluate existing IT contracts, and document contractual requirements for new contracts and renewals.
• Identify contract lifecycle, including schedule, renewal, expirations.
• Develop (and track) contract (procurement) status.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with stakeholders.
• Maintain, monitor, and record information in database / repository utilized for IT contracts.
• Meet schedules and time lines.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 5 years experience writing procurement and contract artefacts for technology goods and services.
• Supply Chain certification, such as APICS / SCMP considered an asset.
• Knowledge of IT categories, including software, hardware, Cloud services and IT consulting
• Knowledge of the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle and category management principles
• Understanding of software licensing, Contract Law, Cloud contracts and IT service level agreements.
