Job summary

FortisBC in Kelowna, BC, is offering an Information Systems Co-op for a technically curious student. You will provide first-level technical support for FortisBC personal computing equipment and contribute to ongoing deployments and documentation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Computer Information Systems or equivalent program.
• Enrolled in a Co-op program.
• Cisco network infrastructure training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• First level technical support for all FortisBC personal computing and related equipment.
• Perform upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Loading and configuring of laptops and desktops for end user deployment.
• Update corporate software records and documentation.
• Provide support to the IS project teams.
