The successful candidate will have extensive experience supporting information security programs of various sensitivities, tailored to client needs. They will develop, update, maintain, and review IT security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, contractual, and industry standards.

You As An Information Security Analyst

• Develop, update, and review IT security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulations and industry best practices.
• Understand relevant regulations, standards, and government contract requirements.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to conduct risk assessments, evaluate new technologies, and review vendor contracts.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Monitor and report on risk levels, assessments, and compliance.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance and best practices.
• Work with IT teams to design and implement secure systems and processes.
• Participate in data governance initiatives.
• Review and advise on IT-related contract requirements.

This is the right role for you, if you have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary education in IT, Cyber Security, or related industry experience.
• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance in Information Security.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks like NIST.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting government-sensitive projects.
• Ability to obtain Level II (Secret) Clearance supported by EllisDon.
• Willingness to work at our Mississauga or London offices.
