Your Opportunity: ComplyRight, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a Security Support Analyst.

The Security Support Analyst supports the compliance manager with security audits and monitoring, including security controls assessments, security log reviews, and vulnerability tracking. The role involves working with business units, product owners, and developers to ensure application and infrastructure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage vulnerability remediation tracking with product/development teams.
2. Conduct daily security log and file integrity reviews, resolving or escalating issues.
3. Assist in application risk assessments, including threat and vulnerability assessments.
4. Support Security Controls Assessments using compliance baselines like PCI DSS, SOC, HITRUST, and NIST 800-53.
5. Prepare for and support enterprise and external compliance audits.
6. Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, standards, and procedures.
7. Assist in creating security training materials for development teams.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

You Must Have:

• At least 2 years of experience in security auditing, monitoring, or compliance.
• Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS).
• Experience reviewing security logs and alerts.
• Experience in regulated environments (HITRUST, SOC, PCI, IRS, NIST).
• Experience supporting security controls assessments.
• Experience developing security documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated risk management tools (ServiceNow, Archer, LogicManager).
• Experience with change management systems (MS DevOps, Jira, ChangeGear).
• Relevant security certifications (Security+, CC, CRISC).
