Job summary

Fraser Health is seeking an Informatics Lead for MEDITECH Expanse to advance user access provisioning and integration across clinical systems at sites in Surrey, BC. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align workflows with clinical needs, and drive complex multi-system projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strong business analysis to enable enterprise EMR expansion and improved patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health information science, CS, or related field.
7+ years of related experience including business and systems analysis.
Experience with electronic health records and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide informatics leadership to operational leaders, physicians and stakeholder groups to ensure information technology design and future state workflows.
Lead design activities for workflow standardization and system design across informatics work streams.
Coordinate testing across multiple systems and teams to ensure successful implementations.
Support readiness for MEDITECH Expanse expansion and change management activities.
Engage stakeholders and manage change strategies to facilitate adoption.
