Job summary

Plan International Canada is seeking a PR & Creator Partnerships Manager to shape how Canadians connect with our mission. You will own Celebrated Ambassador, Influencer and Content Creator portfolios, identifying opportunities and guiding partnerships from briefing to activation and reporting.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Philanthropy, Programs and Partnerships to execute integrated campaigns, events and fundraising initiatives while maintaining Plan’s standards for authentic

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, talent relations, social media or integrated communications.
• Proven ability to develop campaigns with creators, ambassadors and influencers.
• Strong storytelling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer, creator and ambassador partnerships from identification to activation and reporting.
• Manage relationships with creators, agencies and talent across platforms.
• Contribute to PR campaigns, events and fundraising moments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and performance metrics for campaigns.
