Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network Inc. in Quebec City is seeking a Bachelor‑prepared RN to join our Nurse Field Case Manager team. You’ll assess patient needs, coordinate services, and advocate for access to therapy with payers.

Remote and on‑site support are provided as required; travel up to 60% is possible. You will collaborate with physicians and the reimbursement team to secure drug coverage, prepare SA forms, and guide patients through renewal processes with attention to quality

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license in the province of employment.
• Five or more years direct clinical experience.
• Fluently bilingual in both written and spoken languages is an asset (French & English).
• Strong communication and telephony skills.
• Ability to provide an organized, efficient approach to case management.
• Proficiency with SOPs, product monographs and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care practitioners with enrolment forms and requirements.
• Educate clinicians on enrolment requirements and program rules.
• Gather information for patient enrolment and reimbursement needs.
• Provide reimbursement assistance to patients and physicians as needed.
• Support physicians with payer documentation and SA processes.
• Coordinate SA submissions and follow‑ups with payers.
• Assist in annual prescription renewals and SA renewals.
• Identify obstacles to coverage and explore alternative channels.
