Job summary

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority invites applications for an Infection Prevention and Control Nurse Leader. A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required; active CRNM license and IPAC knowledge are essential, with CIC designation preferred and to be obtained within 2 years.

The role leads IPAC programs across WRHA sites, delivers education, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and supports quality improvement initiatives. Some travel within the SDO may be required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with CRNM in good standing
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
• IPAC knowledge and CIC designation preferred (to be obtained within 2 years)
• Membership with IPAC Canada an asset
• Strong leadership and education delivery skills
