The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Manitoba seeks an Infection Prevention and Control Accreditation Inspector to support the MANQAP program. This full-time, 0.8-1.0 FTE role covers inspection of NHMSF, laboratories, transfusion medicine, and diagnostic imaging facilities across Manitoba.
The selected candidate will oversee inspections, ensure IPAC policy adherence, and contribute to program development and continuous professional development in IPAC practices.

MANQAP Infection Control Accreditation Inspector (Full-Time 0.8-1.0 FTE)
The Manitoba Quality Assurance Program (MANQAP) seeks an Infection Prevention and Control (IP& C) Accreditation Inspector. MANQAP accredits Non-Hospital Medical and Surgical Facilities (NHMSF) and Laboratory, Transfusion Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging public and private in Manitoba. Reporting to the Director of MANQAP, the successful candidate will participate in inspecting facilities encompassing all IPAC related environments.
MANQAP process promotes public safety through monitoring compliance of the facilities to meet standards which includes policies, quality management programs, qualifications, and safety. Responsible for assigned inspection site reports and the related submission to the Program Review Committee (PRC), assessing compliance with CPSM By-law Accredited Facilities and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba policies and procedures. This position ensures continual awareness of current infection and control processes, technologies and best practices by obtaining appropriate continuous professional development.
