The Learning Circle Inc. is hiring a full-time Infant Toddler Educator to join our Abbotsford campus. You will plan age-appropriate activities, observe development, and communicate with families about progress, while aligning with BC Licensing standards.

We seek a dependable, warm-hearted educator with 1–3 years of infant-toddler experience and a passion for early learning. The role offers a supportive team, ongoing professional development, and full-time hours between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Early Childhood Educator and Infant Toddler License.
• Valid Emergency Childcare First Aid certificate (BC licensing requirements).
• 1–3 years of experience as an Infant Toddler Teacher.
• Passion for teaching children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy classroom environment.
• Observe and document children’s development and progress.
• Communicate regularly with families about their children’s progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive learning environment.

Position Description

The Learning Circle Childcare Centres is a mixed early education provider committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our students. We are currently seeking a full-time Infant Toddler Educator to join our team in supporting the growth and development of young children. The successful candidate will plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans, observe and document children’s development, and communicate regularly with families about their children’s progress. They will work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and comply with all BC Licensing regulations and standards. We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic, and warm-hearted person who is passionate about working with children and committed to their ongoing learning and development.

Job Title: Infant Toddler Teacher

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Regular/Temporary: Regular

Hours:
Varies within the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm

Wage:
Ranges between $21 per hour and $23 per hour, depending on certification and experience.
Please note that this range excludes the $4 BC Wage Enhancement, which will be received
by candidates for each hour worked.
