ODL, Inc. is hiring a full-time Welder in Canada to support heavy industrial metal fabrication. You will read precise blueprints, operate MIG and TIG welding equipment, and assemble frames and safety components for production lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on welding experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Advanced proficiency with MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering blueprints and welding symbols.
• Must pass on-site weld test and shop assessment during interview.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols for structures and machinery frames.
• Operate MIG and TIG welding equipment to fabricate/repair metal components and safety fixtures.
• Inspect structures and machinery parts to ensure safety and integrity.
• Prepare, clean, grind, and finish metal surfaces before and after welding.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with health and safety standards.
