Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 6 months to 1 year of welding experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports and complies with safety programs and occupational health and safety laws.
• To work with fellow team members to produce a high-quality product safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the manufacturing of all products.
• Assist in the upkeep of Westfield equipment.
• Read drawings and follow work orders.
• Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
