Job summary

TiC Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume recruitment across industrial trades and NDT, in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The role is permanent full-time with Monday–Friday, 40 hours.

Initially in-office 5 days/week for 6 months, then hybrid 4 days/week; candidates can be in Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray area. You will build strong relationships with internal leaders, source candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and across our ATS/CRM, and lead full-cycle

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment with high-volume/industrial trade focus.
• Proficient in sourcing across platforms and recruitment marketing.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offers.
• Familiar with ICIMS is a plus.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruit at-scale for manpower across client sites.
• Post positions and track candidate submissions.
• Review resumes, pre-screen, verify qualifications and references.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and prepare offers.
• Source candidates on ATS/CRM, Indeed, LinkedIn.

TIC Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support high-volume recruitment across Industrial Trades and NDT.

About the Role:

• Permanent Full-time
• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Required to be in office 5 days per week for first 6 months, 4 days per week hybrid after 6 months, candidates can be located in the Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for high-volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites
• Posting positions and tracking candidates submissions
• Reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references;
• Coordinating and participating in interviews if required, including preparation of appropriate interview questions, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer letters
• Source candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high-volume and/or industrial trade recruitment
• Strong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketing
• Required to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs, forecasts and scope of projects
• Experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters
• Experience with Recruitment software ICIMs is an asset
• Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
