Job summary

TIC Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume recruitment for its Geospatial, Geomatics and Surveying segments. This permanent full-time role starts in-office, moves to a 4‑day hybrid after six months, and targets candidates in the Sherwood Park area.

You’ll recruit for field survey technicians and related roles across Canada, using multiple sourcing channels and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with emphasis on high-volume hiring in surveying or geospatial spaces.
• Experience hiring experienced field survey technicians (Party Chief, Crew Chief) with remote linear projects.
• Strong sourcing using multiple platforms and recruitment marketing.
• Clear communication with internal leaders to understand needs, forecasts and project scope.
• Full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters; ICIMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post positions and track candidate submissions across platforms.
• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, verify qualifications and references.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews; prepare interview questions and offer letters.
• Source candidates on ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
• Maintain strong relationships with client sites across Canada and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

• Permanent Full-time
• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Required to be in office 5 days per week for first 6 months, 4 days per week hybrid after 6 months, candidates should be located in the Sherwood Park, AB area.
• Responsible for high-volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites across Canada
• Posting positions and tracking candidates submissions
• Reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references;
• Coordinating and participating in interviews if required, including preparation of appropriate interview questions, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer letters
• Source candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high-volume hiring in the surveying or geo space
• Experience hiring experienced field survey technicians (Party Chief, Crew Chief), particularly with high precision industrial experience and remote linear projects
• Strong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketing
• Required to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs, forecasts and scope of projects
• Experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters
• Experience with Recruitment software ICIMs is an asset
• Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
