Job summary

Team Power Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative/Account Manager to drive new business, manage client relationships, and support revenue growth across engineering, automation, manufacturing, and electrical services. Travel up to 30% within the region and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The role emphasizes prospecting, pipeline management with CRM tools, and presenting TPS offerings at client meetings and events, with upselling and cross-selling

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, market research, and proactive outreach.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and networking activities to promote TPS solutions.
• Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Develop and deliver client presentations and sales reports, while contributing to proposals and quotes.
