Qualifications

• 5+ years in business search consulting within industrial sectors.
• Hybrid work in Vancouver office as needed.
• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• New business development and account management is a must.
• Strong business acumen and cross-cultural adaptability.
• Exceptional communication and candidate care.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope search projects with hiring managers and define job specifics.
• Lead targeted recruitment strategies with direct sourcing and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through thorough interviews.
• Advise clients on candidate background, fit, and market insights.
• Manage offer process including compensation, relocation, and pre-close.
• Develop relationships to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
