Job summary

Barton Malow Canada seeks a Project Manager for the Skyview BESS II Project in Spencerville, Ontario. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and safeguard profitability while reporting to the Senior PM or Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include procurement, subcontract administration, risk mitigation, and client liaison. Strong leadership and safety commitment are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with cost control, forecasting, scheduling and procurement.
• Knowledge of utility-scale electrical infrastructure and EPC projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of industrial, renewable energy and automotive projects.
• Develop schedules, monitor costs, manage risks and stakeholder communications.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders and claims.
• Coordinate design activities and ensure adherence to milestones and budgets.
• Serve as primary client liaison and drive project documentation and reporting.
