Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of project controls experience in industrial, construction, infrastructure, energy, marine, or heavy civil environments.
• Strong understanding of cost management, schedule management, change management, and forecasting/reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience developing and maintaining project control systems and project budgets.
• Experience reviewing contracts and project documentation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Convert estimate and bid information into project control budgets and reporting structures.
• Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), cost codes, and project reporting frameworks.
• Monitor project costs, schedule performance, productivity, and earned value metrics.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and provide forecasting insights and recommendations.
• Support project managers with cost, schedule, change management, and risk management activities.
• Maintain project risk registers and support mitigation planning.
• Track project commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports for project leadership and stakeholders.
• Support project change management processes, including tracking, documentation, and reporting.
