Job summary

The role requires operating equipment including a counterbalance forklift, adhering to safety policies, performing quality checks, and recording data. The candidate should be able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds, with fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in English with good reading, writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Run production line for IG Machine & Fibers Ltd. at Ashcroft facility.
• Feed raw materials, monitor process, and resolve line stoppages and jams.
• Verify finished products meet quality specifications and prepare for shipment.
• Operate manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions and forklift as needed.
• Enter waste and downtime data into the system and follow safety policies.
