Job summary

SC Johnson Brantford is seeking a licensed plumber to install, repair and maintain plant equipment, piping, and heating systems in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include dismantling and connecting process equipment, locating faults, and performing preventive maintenance to support safe, efficient operations.

Candidates should have a 306A ticket and 2–3 years in a packaging goods setting, with ability to work all shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Plumber with 306A ticket.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably 2–3 years in packaged goods industry.
• Ability and willingness to work all shifts including nights and afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, move and connect plant processing, heating and cooling equipment.
• Locate and remove faulty valves, fittings, and pipes.
• Repair pumps, steam traps, and related accessories.
• Perform pipe covering, insulation and lagging of hot water vessels.
• Perform welding tasks for installation or maintenance of plant equipment.
