Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs’ Tillsonburg, Ontario facility is hiring an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright to support production at our cold stamping plant. The role requires experience in stamping environments, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read blueprints to perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.

Starting wage is $45.69 per hour with a signing bonus and comprehensive benefits. This full‑time position offers vacation, personal days, and RRSP contributions in a fast‑paced facility

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing environment experience with industrial machinery.
• Experience with stamping equipment is an asset.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons).

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to production ensuring machines and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, routine and non-routine.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
• Repair machinery and plant support systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Adhere to Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, HR policies and Employee Handbook.

Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Cold Stamping Facility. The Millwright/Mechanic is responsible for supporting production. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary Of Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine
• Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic,pneumatic,and mechanical repairs
• Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook

Minimum Qualifications

• Stamping equipment i.e.feed line systems experience is an asset
• 3‑5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)
