Job summary

Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, is seeking an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright in Tillsonburg, Ontario. The role supports production and requires experience in stamping environments. Starting wage is $45.69/hour with a $2,500 signing bonus and comprehensive benefits from day one.

RRSP, vacation, and personal days are included. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in manufacturing with industrial machinery and may hold a 433A certification.

Qualifications

• Stamping equipment experience is an asset.
• 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons).
• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine.
• Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs.
• Abide by all Company policies including Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook.

The Millwright/Mechanic is responsible for supporting production. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
