Starting wage is $45.69/hr with a $2,500 signing bonus and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include maintaining production equipment, diagnosing failures, reading blueprints, and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing environment experience with industrial machinery.
• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons).

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to all production areas to keep machines and facilities safe and efficient.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, routine and non-routine.
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs on machinery and plant systems.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and HR policies.

Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Cold Stamping Facility. The Millwright/Mechanic is responsible for supporting production. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine
• Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic,pneumatic,and mechanical repairs
• Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook

Minimum Qualifications:

• Stamping equipment i.e.feed line systems experience is an asset
• 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)
