Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician Team Lead within the Food/Pharma and Cosmetics industries.
• Experience with SAP, ERP and CMMS.
• Knowledge and experience of Heating, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of exemplary leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure and source all required replacement parts and materials.
• Plan, organize, and schedule maintenance activities for production equipment.
• Supervise maintenance operations and inspect critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, heating and ventilation, to ensure reliable performance.
• Promote continuous hands-on support by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, servicing equipment, and assisting with maintenance tasks.
• Evaluate technicians’ performance and provide coaching to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of external service providers including plumbers and electricians.
• Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans covering both preventative and corrective activities.
• Contribute to maintenance budgeting by helping prioritize repair projects, monitoring expenditures, and proving recommendations for cost-effective maintenance spending.
• Manage and coordinate contractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in according with company standards.
• All other duties as assigned
