Job summary

VLink Inc. in Brampton, ON is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Industrial Maintenance to join our food manufacturing environment.

The candidate will perform preventive, predictive and emergency maintenance on production machinery, electrical and mechanical systems, and facility equipment. The role requires 5+ years of experience, CMMS usage, and strong root-cause problem-solving skills; a Licensed Millwright (433A) or related technologist diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, automation, electrical, mechanical, and facility equipment.
• Experience with CMMS for PM scheduling, work orders, documentation, and maintenance tracking.
• Strong RCA / root-cause troubleshooting with permanent corrective actions.
• Experience modifying and improving equipment for reliability and reduced downtime.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings, technical manuals, SOPs, and procedures.
• Licensed Millwright (433A) or qualified Maintenance Technician.
• Technologist diploma/degree in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, Engineering, or related field.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
