Job summary

ABB is seeking a Project Coordinator to align engineering, procurement, and execution activities across multidisciplinary teams. You will coordinate customer and consultant requirements, ensure schedules reflect progress, and support timely resolution of technical and commercial requests.

You’ll collaborate with Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering and Supply Chain to track risks, manage changes and keep deliverables on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of project coordination or project execution experience.
• Experience coordinating between engineering, suppliers, and customers.
• Knowledge of project execution processes including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning.
• Familiarity with contract requirements and change management.
• PMP or similar certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate customer and consultant requirements with technical, commercial, and execution objectives.
• Act as interface between Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering and stakeholders.
• Track technical and commercial requests with proper evaluation and documentation.
• Work with Project Planner to maintain schedules reflecting progress and changes.
• Monitor project performance and communicate risks and deviations.
• Ensure changes are assessed and integrated into scope, schedule, deliverables.
• Facilitate coordination and ensure effective communication across teams, customers, consultants.
• Ensure adherence to contract and claim management processes.
• Participate in project reviews and prepare concise status reports.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely procurement plan.
