Job Overview

Duties

• Supervise children during their time in the indoor play area, ensuring safe play practices are followed at all times
• Engage with children and parents to promote fun activities and answer questions about the facility
• Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to any incidents or concerns to prevent injuries or accidents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play space, including sanitizing equipment regularly
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling cash transactions when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment
• Support food service operations if applicable, including taking orders, handling cash, and ensuring food safety standards are met

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in a childcare, hospitality, or customer service setting is highly preferred
• Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests of all ages and provide instructions or safety guidelines confidently
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with cash handling and basic food service operations is advantageous
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable during their visit
• Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and proactive throughout shifts while maintaining professionalism
