Qualifications

• You have relevant Sales Tax experience.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• You are well-organized, proactive and able to self-manage in a dynamic environment.
• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and payments for sales tax compliance.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns.
• Assist members of the business with sales tax compliance questions.
• Assist with sales tax audits.
• Conduct technical sales tax research.
• Keep current with sales tax legislative and administrative changes and communicate any impact to the organization.
• Ensure internal processes surrounding tax compliance are adhered to.
• Assist with the month-end close and year-end audit processes.
