Job summary

EllisDon Corporation is seeking a Sales Tax Specialist based in London, Ontario. You will review invoices and payments for tax compliance, prepare and file Canada/US sales tax returns, and assist with audits in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of sales tax experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and analytical abilities. CPA GST/HST knowledge is a plus. This position supports month-end close and year-end processes.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales tax experience.
• Completion of the CPA In-Depth GST/HST course is an asset.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• You are a well-organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual able to self-manage in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• You possess strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Salary & Location

The salary range for this job is $70,000 to $90,000
