Job summary

Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to diagnose, maintain, repair and install residential HVAC systems across Ontario. The role involves visiting residential properties, working independently, and using a mobile app to manage work orders and GPS navigation.

You will handle a variety of systems—from furnaces to heat pumps—and must carry your own tools and vehicle. Licences, certifications, and safe work practices are required for this field-based role.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of paid professional HVAC field experience.
Must diagnose and complete assigned HVAC work independently without supervision.
Experience servicing, maintaining, repairing, or installing residential HVAC systems.
Must have active licences, certificates, tickets, or legal authority for HVAC work.
Must have own reliable vehicle, tools, and smartphone for GPS and job updates.

Responsibilities

Diagnose HVAC problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
Complete maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and installations within approved scope.
Service residential systems such as furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, and related components.
Inspect components, records, and system operation; test completed work.
