Job summary

Royal York Property Management seeks experienced HVAC Technicians to diagnose, maintain, repair, and install residential HVAC equipment across Ontario. You will travel to properties, work independently within your verified scope, and document findings using a mobile app.

The role requires active licenses, ownership of tools and a reliable vehicle, plus 3+ years of field experience. Competitive compensation is offered based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid HVAC field experience.
• Able to diagnose and complete assigned HVAC work independently.
• Experience servicing, maintaining, repairing, or installing residential HVAC systems.
• Must hold active licences/certificates relevant to HVAC work.
• Must have own vehicle to travel between appointments and carry tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and installations.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ventilation equipment, and related components.
• Inspect systems and test operation to ensure safety and reliability.
• Record equipment details, findings, and completed work; take clear photos.
• Use a mobile app to manage work orders and GPS navigation; travel between appointments.
