Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to diagnose, maintain, repair, and install residential HVAC equipment across Ontario. You’ll manage appointments via a mobile app, travel between properties, and work independently within your verified scope and licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid professional HVAC field experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete HVAC work independently without supervision.
• Experience servicing residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, etc.).
• Own reliable vehicle, tools, and smartphone with GPS and apps.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and installations within approved scope.
• Service residential HVAC systems and related components.
• Document findings, parts, and work performed; take photos for records.
• Travel between appointments using own vehicle and mobile work app.
