Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and support Educational Assistants/Child Care Workers.
• Develop, implement and evaluate an IEP in consultation with classroom teachers, parents and staff.
• Administer and interpret norm-referenced assessments to Level B (e.g., Woodcock Johnson III).
• Collaborate to support an inclusive classroom and mindset school-wide.
• Utilize assessment methods to inform instructional planning and material selection.
