Colonial Group seeks an Inbound Manager reporting to the Director, Distribution Operations. You will lead inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory management, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency while meeting service and productivity goals.

You will plan daily workflows, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Inventory Control, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Transportation to optimize inventory flow and compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain.
• 3+ years leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with receiving, inventory management, replenishment.
• Proficient with WMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and data-driven with KPI experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety, regulatory compliance.
• Forklift and material handling equipment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Plan daily workflows, staffing, and resources to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Transportation.
• Coach and develop warehouse team members with accountability and engagement.
• Champion health and safety and 5S, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
• Support cost control and performance improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Distribution Operations.
