Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience; property management purchasing, or Accounts Payable experience preferred an asset
  • Experience with Yardi an asset

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Purchase Order Coordinator is a support role for the In-Suite team pertaining to the In-Suite program. They are responsible for the issuance and processing of purchase orders as per Hazelview’s policies and procedures. They ensure timely & accurate processing, follow up and investigation of any discrepancies and monthly reporting for activities in the In-Suite program.
