Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor and coach team members.
• Build client relationships daily and sustain engagement.
