Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in Toronto to drive store success through exceptional customer service, team development, and daily operations execution. The role requires motivating and collaborating with staff to deliver Mejuri’s values and a memorable in-store experience.

You will own daily leadership on the sales floor, coaching teammates, and ensuring smooth inventory, merchandising, and systems usage. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a dynamic retail environment.

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Ability to lead by example and coach a team.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to maintain exceptional in-store customer experience per Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Drive KPI results by developing and coaching the store team.
• Promote services such as piercing and engraving.
• Oversee inventory tasks and ensure proper technology in place.
• Maintain visual standards and brand presentation.
• Onboard and engage new team members.
