Job summary

ALO in Mississauga is seeking a Sales Associate who delivers authentic guest experiences, educates customers about our community and culture, and becomes an expert in product knowledge across features, fabrics, care.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive flow initiatives, maintain a positive store environment, and help guests find exactly what they need while upholding ALO's standards and values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles and values.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results both individually and as a team.
• Requires constant movement in and around all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Impact the store environment positively in line with leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and improving productivity.
• Engage customers and create a friendly, easy-to-shop atmosphere.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and achieve action plans.
